Villa 1, Super Valmer is a semi-detached, two-bedroom-plus-mezzanine house of around 81 square metres, set in a quiet gated residence on the hill above the village. The terrace faces east-southwest and looks across to the Pradel hills and the sea beyond.
Built in 1988 and kept in the family ever since. A family house, opened up to friends and friends-of-friends. The house sleeps four comfortably, with the mezzanine taking that up to five or six.
The beach is ten minutes by car. Long walks start from the door. The shared residence pool is three minutes uphill on foot, quiet and well-kept.

How a stay at Super Valmer works.
Saturday to Saturday, as standard.
A flat €160 covers end-of-stay cleaning, all bed linen and shower towels. Smaller groups (under four guests) may receive a discount. Just ask.
Arrival from 5pm, departure by 10am. Flexibility as much as schedules allow.

The village is a five-minute drive down the hill: bakeries, a butcher, a Sunday market. The village beach is ten minutes, with various beach restaurants. Two coastal walks through protected national parkland. Vineyards in both directions.
A friendly treasure trove at the top of the LCV high street, by the courtyard. Batteries, household oddments, beach things.
On Place des Palmiers, open every day. Also a good spot for a coffee at the tables outside.
On rue Louis Martin. Traditional family bakery, known locally for sourdough and the tarte tropézienne.

On the road out of LCV toward Cavalaire. Small but excellent. Everything you'd need for a week.
Large hypermarket at the La Foux roundabout. Open every day, including Sunday morning. Petrol station and other shops alongside.
On Avenue Sigismond Coulet in Cogolin. Standard French supermarket. Usually closed Sundays.
In Cavalaire, a short drive south.
By Plage du Débarquement. Handy on the way back from the beach: fresh veg, cooked food, well stocked for its size.
Ten minutes by car. A long sandy beach with shallower water, good for swimming and water sports. Le Nautic and Le P'tit Zinc are here.
About 90 steps down a cliff path. The effort earns you turquoise water and a wilder stretch of beach. Good views from the top.
Quieter and tucked away, sheltered by the Madrague vineyards. Fine sand, easy to reach.
Several sandy coves, slightly wilder. Starting point for the Cap Lardier coastal walk.
Further round, past the windmills and through Ramatuelle. Wilder and quieter. Starting point for the Cap Taillat coastal walk.
The long, famous Saint-Tropez-side beach. Thirty minutes by car.
Coastal path heading south from Plage de Gigaro through protected national parkland.
The walk out to the protected headland, starting from Plage de l'Escalet.
Two vineyards close by: Château de Chausse (five minutes by car) and Domaine de la Croix (ten minutes). Domaine de la Madrague is on the road down to Gigaro, by an avenue of palms.
Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud are hilltop villages 15–25 minutes away. Ramatuelle is medieval, overlooking Pampelonne, reached by winding roads through the vineyards. Gassin has a panoramic view across to Sainte-Maxime. Grimaud has the ruins of an 11th-century castle at its top. Cogolin is in the valley nearby, where pipes are still handmade.

At the bottom of the LCV high street. The best source for activities, opening times, and seasonal events.
